Ruffa Gutierrez has finally spoken up about the rumors that she is romantically involved with Herbert Bautista.

It all started when she called out Herbert's Twitter administrator and suggested that he should just post about "relevant and current" issues. She tweeted this following Herbert's post about a marriage proposal.
As a result, speculations circulated that she was the one Kris Aquino was referring to as Herbert's "beautiful girlfriend."
"It’s common knowledge that you’re now in a new relationship with a beautiful girlfriend… so if you need to talk about your love life, please talk about your present, not your past, Kris wrote.

Ruffa eventually addressed the issue in the statement she gave to Abante. She even tweeted about it to give an answer to those people who have been asking her about the rumors.

"For everyone messaging me since Saturday, I apologize for not answering. Please read nalang po this article. Thank you and have a great day," she wrote.
Ruffa's statement neither denied nor confirmed that she is Herbert's girlfriend. She did, however, thanked the media for finding her pretty and assuming she is the "beautiful girlfriend."
She further said that only Kris and Herbert can set the record straight.
“Unang-una sa lahat, maraming salamat sa lahat ng mahal kong entertainment press at sa media, pati na rin sa iba pa, for thinking that I’m the ‘beautiful girlfriend’ Kris Aquino was referring to in her post. At least BEAUTIFUL ang tingin n’yo sa akin at hindi pangit.But seriously, why don’t they question Kris and ask who she was referring to or ask Bistek if he really does have a beautiful girlfriend and who this lady is," she stated.
“I can’t answer that and assume it’s me. That’s all for now," she added.
