Taking to her verified Instagram account @bela, the actress shared photos posing side-by-side with Jodi in casual chic outfits, as well as a snap standing before a cinema screen with a microphone in hand.

Bela opened her caption with sincere gratitude for Jodi's continuous encouragement and presence in her life:

"Thank you so much @jodistamaria 🥹💕 Such an amazing actress, co-actor and most importantly, friend 🙏🏼 I'm so lucky I got to work with you on Mea Culpa and I got to spend time, getting to know you... you've inspired me to be better in so so many ways."

Bela revealed that as soon as she caught wind of Jodi organizing a special block screening for her latest movie Life After You, she dropped everything to show up in person to show her appreciation as well.

"Kaya nung sinabi nila sakin na may block screening ka today for Life After You, nagmadali akong pumunta to personally give you a hug. Thank you, thank you, thank you 🥹🙏🏼"

Reflecting on the camaraderie among Filipino artists working together to champion local cinema, Bela added:
