Joel Cruz’s eight child was born a couple of weeks ago.
KAMI learned that the “Lord of Scents” shared details about his eight children’s surrogate mom.
In an interview on the GMA-7 program “Tunay na Buhay,” the fragrance mogul revealed that the surrogate mother’s name is Lilia.
According to Joel, Lilia is almost six-feet tall and resembles a Hollywood actress.
"Physically, she's mga 5'11, kahawig niya si Julia Roberts," he said.
The entrepreneur also opened up about the price of surrogacy in Russia.
"Initially, you have to pay six million pesos, 'yun 'yung pag-accept ng program.
"Hindi sila titigil hangga't hindi ka nagkakanak. But of course, you have to pay for the extra procedures [na] umaabot ng 12 million pesos,” Joel explained.

His other children are twins Prince Sean and Princess Synne, twins Prince Harry and Prince Harvey, twins Charles and Charlotte, and Zeid.
Joel became wealthy due to his company Aficionado, a perfume business.
