During a segment of the noontime program, the comedian-host spoke passionately about what he described as the unfair treatment of ordinary workers compared to individuals in positions of power who allegedly earn significantly more despite doing less.
Vice Ganda highlighted the struggles of everyday Filipinos who work long hours under difficult conditions yet receive minimal compensation. He contrasted this with individuals who, according to him, earn substantial salaries even without consistent attendance or effort.
It’s just not fair, it’s so alarming.”

Vice Ganda has long been known for using humor as a platform to address social issues, often blending entertainment with commentary on real-life concerns. His latest remarks continue this pattern, drawing attention not only for their humor but also for their underlying message.
While Vice Ganda did not mention specific individuals or institutions, his statement has reignited conversations about accountability, governance, and the need for systemic reforms to address inequality.
Vice Ganda is widely regarded as one of the most influential personalities in Philippine entertainment, celebrated for his work as a comedian, television host, and award-winning actor. A mainstay on “It’s Showtime,” he has built a strong presence in media over the years. Recently, he reached a major milestone by winning Best Actor at the 2025 Metro Manila Film Festival for the film “Call Me Mother,” further cementing his reputation as a top box-office draw.
In another development, Vice Ganda confirmed that he will be returning to his comedic roots following a series of dramatic projects. The “Unkabogable Star” teased an upcoming film for the festival, hinting at a major collaboration while keeping details about his co-star under wraps. Reports indicate that discussions have already taken place for a possible project with veteran actor-host Vic Sotto, whom Vice personally greeted with a birthday message that included a surprise movie proposal.
Previously, Vice Ganda also shared his thoughts on the possibility of Leni Robredo reconsidering a presidential run. Despite Robredo’s earlier statement that she would not join the 2028 national elections, the host expressed belief that public support and a sense of duty could influence her decision. As of now, there has been no official response from Robredo’s camp regarding these remarks.
