Angelica Jones broke down in tears as she delivered a heartfelt message to her son, Angelo, while opening up about the lack of progress in his relationship with his father.

During her interview on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” on Tuesday, September 1, host Boy Abunda asked Angelica what she wanted to tell her son. She immediately became emotional as she explained that discussions involving her child are particularly difficult for her, especially with Angelo’s birthday approaching.

“Sorry, Tito Boy. Pagdating kasi sa anak, I'm very sensitive and emotional. Malapit na 'yung birthday niya, Tito Boy. This coming September 7.”

Angelica then addressed Angelo directly, reminding him of her love and encouraging him to hold on to his faith and the family members who are always there for him. She also acknowledged his efforts in school and his desire to achieve honors.

“Angelo, always remember this. That I love you so much. May kulang man sa'yo, o may hinahanap ka, lagi mong isipin na God loves you. At nandito si Mama Beth, nandito si Mama Angelica. Alam ko nagsisikap ka mag-aral, and gusto mo lagi kang honor.”

Angelica also made a request to her son regarding his use of social media. She encouraged him not to look into the life of his father or compare their current situation with what he may see online.

“Ang nire-request ko lang sa anak ko, sana huwag na siya mag-check ng Facebook, na huwag nang tingnan kung anong merong buhay sa kabila. Ang isipin niya 'yung buhay namin ngayon—contentment and happiness.”

She emphasized that she wants Angelo to prioritize his peace of mind and appreciate the life they have together. Angelica also reassured her son that she remains determined to provide for him and be present in his life.

“Mahalaga 'yung peace of mind. Ang mahalaga, buhay ako, at kaya kong ibigay 'yung para sa anak ko.”

During her appearance on “Your Honor,” Angelica opened up about her ongoing disappointment over her experience with content creator Sachzna Laparan. She said she was not informed that the Laguna shoot would push through or that her song “Miss Flawless” would be used for the project. Angelica also noted that Sachzna did not approach her when they crossed paths at an awards night. Despite what happened, she said she would still be willing to accept an apology if Sachzna reaches out to her.
