Tali Sotto recently had new adorable video dedicated to her brother, Vico Sotto.
The Pasig City mayor just turned 32 years today, June 17, and Tali sent a heartwarming video to her Kuya Vico to greet him on his special day.
In the said video posted by Pauleen Luna on her Instagram Stories, the three-year-old girl sang the “Happy Birthday” song charmingly.
In the latter part of the video, Tali voiced her short but sweet message to the beloved politician.
“Hi, Kuya Vico. Happy birthday! God bless you,” the baby girl said.

Tali recently learned new Tagalog words taught to her by her father, Vic Sotto. On her Instagram Stories, Pauleen Luna shared a video showing her husband guiding Tali to read out loud some hilarious Tagalog words written in a children’s book. Among those words are panghi, ihi, utot and bantot.
Tali is also too cute to handle in a previous video shared by her mother, Pauleen. In the video, Tali can be seen holding a toy crab while singing Filipino children’s song “Tong Tong Tong Pakitong-Kitong”. However, in the last part of the song, the little girl said “nananaga” instead of “nangangagat”.
