The life of a service crew member is no joke as it is a tough and tiring job.
Aside from preparing and serving food, some also handle and process the payments of the customers, as well as managing customer service all at the same time.
Just recently, KAMI learned that a user on Facebook took to the social media platform to share an incident involving a service crew member and an irate customer.

Facebook user Zari Frillez shared two pictures of a female service crew member from Jollibee who could be seen wiping her tears away after encountering an angry customer at the drive-thru.
According to Zari, "Shoutout sa customer sa drive thru ng Jollibee Kumintang (Batangas) na may plate number na 744 di lang namin nakuha yung letter sa plate number.
"Pero may CCTV naman yung drive thru ng Jollibee, na sinigaw-sigawan si ateng naka-duty sa drive-thru na walang nagawa kundi mapaiyak at mag sumbong samin."

Zari then went on to reprimand the angry customer about the tough job service crew members are facing every day.
"Di niyo alam kung gaanong pagod ang ginagawa ng mga taong 'to sa ganitong oras at panahon para makapagtrabaho ng maayos tas babastusin at mumurahin niyo lang.
"Sana malaman yung buong plate number niyo at matauhan kayo ng mahulasan kayo sa ginawa niyo.
"May kasama ka pang babae diyan sa sasakyan mo di ka man lang pinigilan. Nahabag talaga ako kay ate," she wrote.
