Actor RK Bagatsing has shared how he and longtime girlfriend Jane Oineza maintain a happy and lasting relationship, revealing that keeping their playful sides alive has become an important part of their bond.

The couple has been together for more than five years, and according to RK, their ability to remain “kids at heart” helps them enjoy each other's company while continuing to grow as individuals.
During his appearance on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda on Thursday, October 23, the Honor Thy Mother star explained how their relationship allows them to embrace both maturity and the simple joys they enjoyed when they were younger.
“Right now we've, of course, individually, we've grown a bit older, wiser.”

“Hini-heal namin 'yung mga puso namin nu'ng bata kami,” RK said.
He described how they make room for the happiness and experiences they may have missed during childhood.
The actor also offered a glimpse into their everyday activities, explaining that they enjoy doing things together without worrying too much about whether those activities are necessary or productive.
“We play video games, we eat anywhere we want, we stay up hanggang morning watching series, we buy things that we don't really need, but it's fun kasi parang 'Nu'ng bata ako, gusto namin 'yan.'”
“And best friend namin 'yung isa't isa.”
For RK, their friendship is an essential part of their romance, allowing them to have fun and feel comfortable with each other.
However, their relationship is not without disagreements. RK admitted that both he and Jane can get jealous, although they do not always express their feelings immediately.
According to him, they sometimes remain quiet when something bothers them, making it possible for their partner to notice that something is wrong only after their mood changes.

“'Yung bigla na lang, 'Ano ba?! Kanina pa 'ko…!”
“Pero it's very cute,” RK shared.
He added that Jane also tends to keep her jealousy to herself initially, but she eventually communicates her feelings. When that happens, RK reassures her to help address her concerns.
The actor acknowledged that getting upset with each other is a normal part of being in a relationship. What matters, he explained, is knowing when to move forward rather than allowing an argument to last longer than necessary.
“I think, ngayon, 'yung reset ang pinakaimportante.”
“'How long do you hold it in?'”
“Minsan it's silly for you na pahabain pa," he concluded.
