"I'm just happy na ang tagal na pala namin, two years na rin pala ang nakalipas. So, going strong and I'm happy," she added.

During the conversation, Ashley was also asked whether she and Mavy had started discussing marriage. She explained that she had already communicated her expectations for a serious relationship to him when he was still courting her.

"Kami ni Mavy, when he was still courting me, sinabi ko naman na, syempre, I'm not getting any younger, what I want in a partner, in a relationship, is 'yung pang long term na, hopefully."
"Pero right now kasi hindi pa naman namin pinag-uusapan na, 'Are we gonna get married?' Wala pa kasi priority pa namin is 'yung career namin. Especially, Mavy kasi, syempre, he's younger than me. Marami rin pa siyang gustong gawin sa career niya. Especially me, ang dami ko pang gustong gawin. Kaka-start ko lang din pa ng isa pang business."

Nevertheless, Ashley made it clear that she hopes their relationship will eventually lead to a permanent commitment. She shared that starting over with a different partner would be difficult, which is why she hopes Mavy is the person she will spend her life with.

"Pero, syempre, sinabi ko naman sa kanya na, of course, if sana pinagdadasal ko rin na, syempre, gusto ko na 'yung partner ko ngayon, which is si Mavy, na 'yun na sana. Kasi ang hirap naman if you gonna go back to zero again," Ashley concluded.

For now, Ashley and Mavy appear content with their relationship while concentrating on their individual goals. Although they have yet to discuss a wedding seriously, Ashley's statements show that she is approaching their relationship with long-term intentions and hopes for a future together.
