The conversation centered on how both actresses would react if they discovered their partners being unfaithful, a topic that immediately revealed contrasting life experiences between the two “Apoy sa Dugo” stars.
Ashley admitted that she has never experienced cheating in any of her past relationships, making it difficult for her to confidently say how she would react in such a situation.
“Honestly, kunyari, 'wag naman sana, if Mavy would cheat, I honestly don't know if I can forgive him or hindi ko na siya mapapatawad. Kasi hindi ko pa siya na-experience so I don't know that pain yet,” Ashley said.

She also expressed gratitude that she has not gone through such an experience, adding that she hopes she never will.
On the other hand, Elle shared a very different perspective, revealing that cheating has been a recurring issue in her past relationships, which ultimately shaped her firm stance today.
When asked if she could forgive a boyfriend who cheated, Elle responded firmly,
“No. Plain and simple, Tito Boy, kasi I've been into relationships na lahat nag-cheat so ayoko na and once may cheating, bye na ako.”
Despite their strong views on infidelity, both actresses clarified that they are currently in healthy and happy relationships—Ashley with Mavy Legaspi, and Elle with Derrick Monasterio.
They also discussed how they balance love and independence, emphasizing that their relationships are more grounded than performative.
“Ang priority namin, mas grounding 'yung relationship namin, hindi 'yung performative. Mas gusto naming nag-uusap kami, pinag-uusapan namin. Secondary na lang 'yung apoy,” Elle explained.
Ashley echoed a similar sentiment, saying she values personal space in a relationship.
“It’s also nice na may kaniya-kaniya kaming ginagawa para dumating 'yung time na mami-miss namin 'yung isa't isa,” she said.
The interview highlighted how both actresses, despite different emotional experiences, have learned to define love in their own terms based on growth, boundaries, and communication.
