Before the actual game and prize-giving began, the two actresses answered a question asking them to choose which type of person they would least want to work with: a gossip, a lazy person, or someone who always seeks the spotlight.

Ward did not hesitate to pick lazy colleagues, explaining that employees should take their responsibilities seriously and make the most of the opportunities given to them.

"Kasi siyempre, nasa work ka and bayad 'yung time, skills. So kumbaga, minsan kahit pagod, 'di ba, dapat mag-push through tayo kasi dapat ano bigay natin lagi 'yung 100 percent natin. Kasi, binigay tayo ni God ng opportunity na mag-conquer."

Her explanation highlighted the importance of commitment and putting in one's best effort, even when work becomes exhausting. For Ward, being paid for one's time and skills comes with the responsibility of delivering one's best performance.

Kinouchi, meanwhile, appeared to answer the same question on behalf of her co-star's character, Doc Zoey, choosing people who tend to be bida-bida, or those who constantly seek attention.

"Bida-bida," she remarked.

However, the actress was quick to clarify that her response should not be interpreted as a personal dislike of such individuals. She explained that her choice was influenced by the personalities of their characters in Abot Kamay na Pangarap, where Ward's Analyn is portrayed as someone who can be bida-bida.

"In-answer ko lang 'yun kasi sa character naming dalawa. Bida-bida si Analyn. Pero in real life, hindi naman. Wala naman akong issue sa mga bida-bida," she jokingly added.

Her clarification added a playful touch to the exchange, distinguishing the characters' traits from the actresses' real-life opinions.

The candid pre-game conversation offered viewers a glimpse of Ward and Kinouchi's perspectives on working relationships before they took on the challenges of The People Have Spoken. Their answers also showed how a lighthearted question could lead to different views on professionalism and personality.
