Mayor Vico Sotto of Pasig City has exposed a group of protesters who are protesting against the construction of the new Pasig City Hall.
In a video that was posted by ABS-CBN News, Mayor Vico could be seen approaching the protesters and asking if they're from QC.

"Alam ko po, yung iba sa inyo galing QC at Caloocan, sino po galing QC?" he asked, prompting the protesters to erupt in cheers afterwards.
He then turned to the other group of people, saying, "So ayun po, siguro mga hakot po ito ng St. Gerard ito, kita niyo po yun mga dirty tactics."

Meanwhile, another video of Mayor Vico confronting Baldo Balbadores, the leader of the market vendors, also went viral on social media.
In the video, Balbadores denied being involved or being part of the "hakot" protesters.

During their conversation, Vico was asking his employee if he knew their mistake. However, the employee's answers to his question had Vico praying afterwards.
