- Newlyweds Dianne Agustin and Rommel were in total shock after the outcome of their wedding in Lemery, Batangas

- The wedding venue for their garden wedding had no design nor chairs for the guests

- The reception hall was the same, it was dull-looking as if there was no event being celebrated inside

- In an interview with GMA 7's '24 Oras,' the caterer arrived at 6:00 PM to set the venue

Some of their guests decided to go home even though they knew for a fact that they hadn't eaten yet.

The food only came in at 10:00 PM and all of Dianne and Rommel's guests were already gone.

"Sobrang heavy ng heart namin ng husband ko to witness such a disastrous event talaga sa mismong araw pa ng kasal namin," Dianne said.

The wedding coordinator reportedly texted the bride on the exact wedding day. The wedding coordinator was reportedly in an emergency room because the person no longer had the energy to spare from their 3-day flu.

The couple didn't believe such a reason given by the wedding coordinator.

"Currently, we are discussing with a lawyer and waiting back for the further next steps pa na susunod para sa issue na 'to," said Rommel.
