A mini-bus that lost its brakes before it collided with a tricycle, “flew off” a bridge in MacArthur Highway in Calumpit, Bulacan.

The Calumpit MDRRMO revealed that two died while 18 were injured in the accident.
Many rescuers immediately responded, ABS-CBN reported.

The driver and the lone passenger of the tricycle died from the incident.
Meanwhile, BulSU Student Government President Queenie Quintero stated that seven of the 18 injured were students of Bulacan State University.
Most of those who sustained injuries were brought to the Bulacan Medical Center.
Authorities are still finalizing the exact number of students involved in the accident.

According to the GMA Regional TV, the suspect also took the chalice and the money from the donation box. He also said that he was tasked by Mama Mary to do what he did. It was later found that the suspect already had previous records.
