Former senator Kiko Pangilinan took to Instagram and aired his thoughts on the recent arrest of former PS-DBM Lloy Christopher Lao in Davao City.
He recalled the time that Lao was being questioned in the senate, and also asked why he was not charged with plunder, which is non-bailable.
Kiko then recalled the lavish lifestyle that those connected with Pharmally had and the alleged "expired" stuff during the pandemic.
