Host Bianca Gonzalez then reflected on how people evolve over time, saying:
"Honestly, I'm so happy na parang when you're older you're really more like gano'n talaga dati, e. Para hindi na tayo mag-explain. Saka we accept kung ano 'yong mga nagawa natin dati.”
Cristine echoed the sentiment and gave a more revealing admission about her past behavior.
“Oo, gano’n talaga. Minsan, monster talaga ako no’n. Ngayon ‘yong pagka-monster ko nate-tame na,” she said.
Her statement drew attention as she acknowledged that her temperament on set during her younger years was often misunderstood or seen as problematic. Despite the strong wording, Cristine emphasized that she has since changed and matured in handling stressful work environments.
The actress also looked back on one of the most talked-about controversies in her career involving veteran actress Vivian Velez during their work on the teleserye “Tubig At Langis” in 2016. At the time, reports surfaced of tension on set that eventually led to Vivian stepping away from the project.

Cristine later addressed the issue, explaining that misunderstandings and stressful working conditions contributed to the conflict. She also expressed regret over how events unfolded, stating her willingness to move forward and make amends.
“I am also sorry that emotions got so heightened that some of my actions were misconstrued for rudeness when they were, more than anything else, my own way of coping with the stressful working conditions on this set in this particular instance. But I sincerely apologize if I hurt Ms. Vivian or anybody else.”
Her recent admission highlights a more reflective and self-aware version of the actress, acknowledging her past while showing growth in both her personal and professional life.
