Rico Blanco, inimbitahan ang ilang OPM artists sa hotel niya sa La Union

- Rico Blanco recently launched a cozy hotel in La Union called Motel Mambo

- He then invited his fellow OPM artists and gave them some much-deserved rest in his hotel

- He posted photos of him with his fellow musicians such as BINI's Maloi Ricalde, Ben&Ben's Pat Lasaten and Agnes Reoma, to name a few

- Along with the pics captured by photographer Shaira Luna, the former Rivermaya vocalist expressed how thankful he is to have his artist friends at the place

OPM icon Rico Blanco recently opened his hotel, Motel Mambo, located along MacArthur Highway in Urbiztondo, San Juan, La Union.

In his latest post on Instagram, Rico revealed he invited his fellow OPM artists to stay in the cozy hotel.

Such musicians include BINI's Maloi Ricalde, Ben&Ben's Pat Lasaten and Agnes Reoma, Over October's Joshua Caleb Lua, and soloists Zild Benitez, Blaster Silonga, and Ischi.

The former Rivermaya vocalist shared lovely photos of them taken by photographer Shaira Luna.

"Mambo Cuties. Such a joy and honour to host pinoy music royalty in @motelmambo," Rico wrote in the caption.

He likewise opened up, "This La Union hotel has been a dream that took me 8 years to fulfill."

Furthermore, Rico expressed how grateful he is to have his artist friends at the place.

"I'm so blessed and thankful to have talented, hardworking and fun artist friends taking a much-deserved break, unwinding and recharging with me on my first time back since our doors officially opened."

Rico Blanco is a Pinoy singer, songwriter, actor, record producer, endorser, and entrepreneur. He rose to fame as one of the founding members, and served as the main songwriter, vocalist, guitarist, and keyboardist of the Filipino rock band Rivermaya from 1994 until 2007, and has been a solo artist since 2008. Rico’s songs and performances gained success and critical acclaim, earning himself a reputation of being one of the well-received local music icons in the Philippines.

Rico’s recent concert was filled with cheering crowd as throngs of people trooped to the event. The OPM legend and founding member of Rivermaya reposted several short clips of the event, which were earlier shared by fans. In one of the videos, Rico can be seen dancing energetically while singing. The other video clips showed a vantage point from the where one can hear them enthusiastically dancing and singing with the OPM legend.

Rico’s photo calmly watching a game of volleyball has gone viral. In a photo shared by the Premier Volleyball League, one can see the singer-songwriter calmly observing the game. The singer-songwriter’s name once again became a hot topic of discussion after controversial screenshots of alleged conversation between his ex-GF, Maris Racal, and her on-screen partner, Anthony Jennings, surfaced on social media.
