Pia Wurtzbach, in an Instagram post, expressed how happy she is at being invited to walk the runway at the L’Oreal event in Paris.

In her caption, she briefly narrated how she made it to the event.

“It all began with that pivotal message last October 1, 2023 that brought me here. Worth the wait? Absolutely! 🌟” Pia wrote.

In the reel she shared, Pia showed the events that happen behind-the-scenes.

She also admitted that at the time, she felt excited and nervous at the same time as it’s been a while since she’s done big shows like the L’Oreal event.

“It's showday. not gonna lie. I'm excited but nervous at the same time. It's been a while since I did a big show like this where I do one walk and that's it so I have to nail it,” Pia said in the reel.

“No I can't do a take two. I have to get it done one time and I feel like I'm doing Miss Universe all over again,” she added.

It can be recalled that Pia was among the international models who walked the runway during the recent L’Oreal event.

Pia Wurtzbach is a Filipino-German actress, model, and Miss Universe 2015 titleholder. She is one of the four Filipinas to earn the title. She is now married to travel entrepreneur Jeremy Jauncey. They had their wedding in Seychelles and it was a very private one.

Pia's L'Oreal event recently stirred a buzz online because of her previous post. Earlier, Pia shared on social media a teaser video of her in “Le Defile Walk Your Worth” by L'Oréal Paris. In her caption, Pia indicated that she’s making history as the first Pinay to walk the L’Oreal catwalk. However, a later post by Fil-Am Leyna Bloom, making clarifications that she was the first Filipina to walk the L'Oréal Runway in Paris, somehow cast a shadow on Pia's earlier post. In a post on her own socmed page just recently, Leyna clarified she was actually the “first Filipino and BlaanTribe woman, to have walked the L’Oréal Paris runway.

Meanwhile, Pia's husband, Jeremy Jauncey, took to Instagram to share a lovely moment he had with his wife, Pia Wurtzbach. Jeremy came to Paris not only to give support to his wife, but also to greet her a happy birthday.
