Kris Bernal recently posted on Instagram a heartwarming and loving Father’s Day greeting for her husband, Perry Choi, whom she called the “love of my life.”

She then recalled an “old wives tale” about what it means if the firstborn daughter looks like her father.
“POV: the mom genes didn’t even bother . The old wives tale does say that, if your first born daughter looks like her dad, it means that the mother loves the father immensely! ♥️” Kris wrote in her post.
The actress revealed she always knew that Perry would be an amazing dad, adding that it’s one of the reasons why she finds it easy to stay in love with him.

“Happy Father’s Day to the love of my life who I knew from day one would be an amazing dad! It’s one of the reasons why it’s so easy to stay in love with you,” the actress said.
“Your efforts, sacrifices, and all that you do for us is one of the most beautiful beautiful blessings to witness!” she added.
She then enumerated the qualities of Perry, referring to him as their hero and champion.
“To @choi.perry who embodies love, strength, and unwavering support for our family, you are an answered prayer and a true gift in our lives. Our hero, our champion, our rock, our everything,” the actress wrote.
“We love you so much more than you will ever know and could never imagine walking through this life without you ,” she said.
The actress then greeted all the dads out there, and mothers who are also performing the roles of fathers.
“Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, the not yet dads, the stepdads, the moms who are dad, the adoptive dads, the grandads, the furdads, and the dads who are no longer with us! ✨” Kris wrote.
