On Friday, June 14, Sheena took to her Instagram page, @mysheenahalili, to upload a video of herself doing a bunch of pilates moves.

Even though she is pregnant, Sheena was spotted doing the workout carefully and with ease, gaining praise from netizens online.

According to the celebrity momma, she is simply breathing out her pregnancy worries because she is a strong and capable mother.

Meanwhile, in the comments section, tons of netizens went ahead to praise Sheena and her strength in working out while pregnant.

Even Kapamilya actress-host, Jolina Magdangal, commented and said, "Gusto ko yan.. yung exercise ha.. (at hindi ako buntis) hahaha!!! Disclaimer."
