After spending years pursuing opportunities in Hollywood, Pascual revealed that he is happy to be back home and focused on expanding his career locally once again. The performer is currently working on a new film, a television series, and a full-length music album.
“I’m happy. I’m glad to be back here in the Philippines for good. It’s been quite some time since I was able to stay here nang matagal. I’m happy because I was able to work on this movie. At the same time, I’m working on my serye and making music again. I’m very happy about that,” he said.
While his return marks a new chapter, Pascual emphasized that his Hollywood experience remains an important part of his journey. He described his time in the United States as unforgettable and expressed hope that future opportunities abroad would still come his way.

“It was a great experience, and it was something that I’ll never forget. And I hope that I get to do it again in the near future,” he said.
The actor also credited the Philippine entertainment industry for helping prepare him for the challenges of working overseas.
“I learned a lot of things. Masasabi kong mas marami akong dinala noong pumunta ako sa States. Sobrang naging malaking training at tulong din na nagsimula ako dito sa Philippines. And going to the States, ang dami kong nadalang knowledge. And at the same time, pag-uwi ko dito, ang dami ko ring nakuha na knowledge and learnings,” he shared.
Among the projects awaiting him is the comedy film Drags to Riches, where he stars alongside Christian Bables and Elijah Canlas. Although comedy is not a genre he naturally gravitates toward, Pascual admitted that his co-stars played a major role in convincing him to join the project.
“To be honest, it was my castmates. Anything that’s comedy, I get kind of scared accepting because I don’t know kung kaya ko siya. Pero ’yung mga castmates na kasama ko dito, first Christian, then Elijah,” he said.
He also recalled how he and Canlas eventually agreed to take on the film together.
“Noong ino-offer sa’min ’tong pelikula na ’to, nag-usap kami. Sabi namin, ‘Bro, if tatanggapin mo, tatanggapin ko.’ So, parehas kaming, ‘Oh, tara. Game,’” he said.
Beyond acting, Pascual is also actively pursuing music. His latest single, “Ikaw at Ikaw,” has already been released, while a music video is currently being produced. He also confirmed that a 13-track album under Star Music is in the works.
“I’ve done a bar show just a few weeks ago. I did my launch for ‘Ikaw at Ikaw.’ My first single came out two weeks ago, I believe. We’re working on my music video right now. Malapit siya sa labas. It’s a full album. So I’m going to have 13 songs for this album,” he said.
As for possible collaborations, Pascual said nothing has been finalized yet.
“So far, wala pa naman. Pero, we’re still fixing all the other songs. Abangan nila kung may mga makaka-collab ako,” he said.
Meanwhile, Drags to Riches is set to open in SM Cinemas on June 24.
