Iza Calzado, in a recent post on her Instagram account, proudly shared a video clip showing her back in training in a proper gym.

According to the actress, this is her first time to go back in a gym after more than a year of working out at home.
“First time back at the gym in a little over a year!” Iza said in her caption.
She remarked in her post that it’s truly different when one works out in a proper instead of doing her routine exercises within the confines of her home.

“Kakaiba talaga when you workout outside of your home in a proper gym,” Iza said.
“Sobrang na miss ko talaga! ❤️,” she added.
The actress also proudly shared that she now has a new workout buddy, whom she described as “definitely a strong girl.”
“What makes this so special is I now have a new workout buddy,” the actress said.
“Working out with Deia is one of the things I am looking forward to when she grows up. She’s definitely a strong girl! ” Iza said.
Iza then expressed her gratitude to the community at the gym where she’s working out because they have welcomed and embraced Deia, whom the actress said can play at the gym’s daycare while she’s working out.
“I am so grateful that the community there has embraced Deia as well and have been so kind and caring to us,” she said.
“A plus is there is an extra room which I call Awaken Daycare where Deia can play while I do my workout,” Iza concluded.
Iza Calzado is a Filipino actress, producer, model, and television host. She is popularly known for films such as The Echo (2008), Ang Panday 2 (2011), and Bliss (2017), among many others. Over the years, she has proven to be a dominant force in the entertainment scene. She started her career in GMA-7 but signed a contract with ABS-CBN in 2012. She is married to Ben Wintle, and they have a cute and lovely daughter Deia Amihan.
