In Nelson Canlas’ report on “24 Oras” on Wednesday, Rochelle highlighted the importance of maintaining respect and professionalism, particularly when their personal concerns intersect with their work.

“We are all able to resolve it in a mature way. If it’s work, it’s work, because that is where I ask for discipline, work ethic, and respect,” Rochelle said in a mix of English and Filipino.

Her statement underscored the standards she expects when the group is working, particularly the need for discipline and mutual respect among its members.

Their continued performances also come with personal responsibilities for the members, including Rochelle, who is a mother to her daughter Shiloh.

Rochelle expressed appreciation for the support she receives from her family while she fulfills her commitments with the group. She specifically credited her husband, Arthur Solinap, for helping care for their daughter whenever she needs to be away for work.

“I think she is proud,” Rochelle said when asked about Shiloh’s feelings toward her work.

“And my husband, you know, is a big help because without him, I really wouldn’t be able to do it,” she added.
