Gelli De Belen looked back on her controversial one-on-one interview with Regine Velasquez-Alcasid during her recent appearance on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda.”

The actress and television host was asked by Boy Abunda about one of the most memorable episodes from the former GMA Network talk show “SIS,” where she once had a candid conversation with Regine. The interview became widely discussed because Regine was previously in a relationship with Gelli’s husband, Ariel Rivera.
During the September 21 episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” Gelli acknowledged that the interview remained memorable to her.

Boy then showed a clip from the old episode, featuring a moment when Regine directly asked Gelli whether she had been angry with her.
Gelli did not hesitate when the same question resurfaced years later.
“Oo naman!” she said.
The response drew laughter from Regine and the studio audience in the old clip. Gelli then explained why she felt that way at the time, maintaining the candid tone of their conversation.
“Alangan namang matuwa ako. 'Di ba? Tanong, nagulat ka ba na nagalit ako sa 'yo?” Gelli said.
Regine, for her part, admitted that she already expected Gelli to be upset with her.
“Actually hindi, ineexpect ko na galit ka,” Regine replied.
Despite the tension surrounding their past, Gelli emphasized that there is no longer an issue between them. She said that enough time has passed and that both of them have moved forward from that chapter.
