Jake Ejercito took to his Facebook page and shared another heartfelt post about Jaclyn Jose.

The celebrity dad published a set of photos featuring Jaclyn, who died of a heart attack last Saturday, March 2 at the age of 60.

Ellie Ejercito, Andi Eigenmann, and Joseph Estrada are also spotted in the photos that Jake shared.

Along with the heartwarming pics, Jake likewise wrote an earnest tribute to the late veteran actress.

“Of her many iconic roles, being a grandmother was one she cherished the most, especially to Ellie.”

He went on to thank Jaclyn for her guidance, especially during his early years of fatherhood.

“I surely wouldn’t have survived those early years of fatherhood without your guidance. We rolled with the punches together— anything and everything just for Ellie.”

Jake also emotionally expressed, “You’ve left a void in Ellie’s heart that we could only attempt to fill for the rest of our days. But I’ll give it my best shot and make sure she’ll be ok.”

“Maraming salamat sa lahat, tita. You were loved, specially by your Ellie,” she added.

Mary Jane Santa Ana Guck, also known by her stage name Jaclyn Jose, was a Filipino cinema and TV actress who had earned international critical acclaim. Jaclyn won the Best Actress award for the film “Ma'Rosa” at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival. She was also known for her roles in the films "Private Show", "White Slavery", and "Santa Juana". Jaclyn was the mother of another famous actress, Andi Eigenmann.

Andi is currently grieving over Jaclyn’s sudden death. The veteran actress passed away on March 2 at the age of 60. A couple of days after her mother’s demise, Andi shared a meaningful post on Instagram Stories. Her post contains a poem about feeling the presence of a loved one through the sun, rain, and wind.

Jake Ejercito is among the celebrities who paid their respects to Jaclyn Jose at her wake. On Instagram Stories, Jake shared a photo taken at the late veteran actress’s wake. His and Andi’s 12-year-old daughter, Ellie Ejercito, could also be spotted in the said photo.
