Ara Mina, in one of her latest posts on social media, is mourning the untimely passing of Jaclyn Jose, a veteran actress in the Philippines.

On Monday, March 4, the Filipina actress took to her official Instagram to upload a funny and heartwarming reel she took with Jaclyn.

She then recalled talking to the late actress just two weeks before her untimely passing, saying they were about to finish a movie together.

"Ate Jaclyn or Ate Jane, 2 weeks ago lang magkausap tayo then last week naman magkamessage pa tayo at meron pa tayo na movie na tatapusin dapat. Nakakalungkot at nakakabigla naman ang nangyari, dalawa na kayo ni Tito Ronaldo nawala kung saan kasama namin kayo sa movie," she wrote.

Halfway through her post, Ara said she has been working with Jaclyn since she was 15.

"I’ve worked with you since I was 15 mula sa The Flor Contempacion Story, Prinsesa ng Banyera at itong ginagawa natin na Poon movie. Nawalan na naman ang industriya ng isang magaling at beteranong actress. Maraming salamat sa iyong contribution sa industriya maraming salamat sa magandang alaala at pakikipagkaibigan mo samin na katrabaho mo. We love you! Rest In Peace, Ate Jane," she wrote.

Ara Mina is a Pinay actress, singer, entrepreneur, and endorser. She was born on May 9, 1979, to Francis Marie Klenk and Chuck Mathay in Marikina, Metro Manila. She is also the older sister of another really talented Pinay actress Cristine Reyes, with whom she is really close.

As previously reported by KAMI, Ara Mina has not only been very generous towards celebrities in showbiz but even to those who work for her. The actress has also given her publicist a brand-new car. It was a Suzuki Celerio Gold, which was a way for Ara to thank the former for her loyalty.

Meanwhile, Ara Mina took to Instagram and greeted her younger sister, Cristine Reyes, on her birthday. The latter turned 35 and the family had their celebration in Siargao. Ara described Cristine as her remarkable sister.
