Earlier, on Thursday, February 15, Heart and her husband, Chiz, renewed their wedding vows in Balesin Island, Quezon, which was attended by family and friends.

Following this news, Pat Dy, the couple's official photographer for that day, finally posted the photos on his official Instagram page, much to the delight of netizens.

In the photos, Heart could be seen clad in a gorgeous Elie Saab gown, while Chiz donned an all-white suit for his renewal of wedding vows with the actress.
