Mark Leviste says Kris Aquino is “trying her best to heal”

- Batangas Vice Gov. Mark Leviste cried foul over fake news about Kris Aquino

- He left a comment on Rappler’s post, where news outlet debunked a claim that Kris had passed away

- The politician frankly described whoever came up with the false information as “foolish, selfish and idiotic”

- In a reply to a netizen, Mark also underscored that Kris is “trying her best to heal”

Batangas Vice Gov. Mark Leviste could not help but frankly react to fake news about Kris Aquino.

This was after Rappler shared on Instagram a death hoax, claiming that the Queen of All Media had passed away last January 3. The digital media company also dismissed the false information.

In the comments section of the news outlet’s post, the vice governor clarified, “Kris is very much alive - we’re together now in Orange County.”

He further penned fiery remarks addressed to whoever came up with the false claim.

“Whoever came up with this fake/false news is foolish, selfish and idiotic!” he expressed.

Mark’s comment later gained support from several netizens. In a response to a netizen, the politician likewise stressed that the actress is “trying her best to heal.”

“Thank God that she’s alive, and trying her best to heal.”

Furthermore, Mark urged people to pray for Kris instead of spreading fake information.

“So instead of spreading #FalseInformation and malicious intent, let’s just keep praying for the strength, recovery and well-being of Kris.”

Kris Aquino, is a Pinay actress, TV host, producer, endorser, and businesswoman. She was born on February 14, 1971, to former Senator Benigno "Ninoy" S. Aquino, Jr. and former President Corazon “Cory” C. Aquino.

Recently, photos of Kris and Vice Gov. Mark Leviste, enjoying breakfast together have gone viral. The photos were shared by Mike Alayon on his IG Stories, and were thereafter shared on X by Kris Aquino World. Mike is the nurse on duty of Kris in the U.S. Based on the photos, the vice governor was happy, and so was Kris and her son, Joshua.

Kim and Bela Padilla paid a visit to Kris in the U.S. Mark Leviste shared the video, based on the tweet of Kris Aquino World. In the video, both Josh and Bimby were so happy at seeing Kim and Bela. Mark also took photos of him, Kim and Bela.
