According to Jodi, it is not easy, and there are times you may want to give up. She also admitted there will be setbacks and challenges.

"Even on the hardest of days, when your body is sore and your limbs are aching, find enjoyment in everything. It’s not easy; you may want to give up, there will be setbacks and challenges, but continue to persevere, keep going, keep pushing, and keep digging deep," she wrote.

Despite these challenges, Jodi said life is like swimming; it will knock you down but you must get back up again and continue to persevere.

"Like swimming, life will knock you down many times but it is how you get back up again and continue to persevere and endure to achieve your goals is what counts. Keep swimming! Btw, you can’t do it alone. You gotta have the right people with you cheering you on, providing support and encouragement, people who love you and care enough about you to correct you when you are doing it wrong.
