Ogie Diaz, in the latest "Ogie Diaz Showbiz Update" addressed KathNiel fans, especially those who say that the comedian and manager is a fake news peddler.

It can be recalled that in a previous vlog of Mama Ogs, they mentioned about unconfirmed reports that KathNiel have split, and also categorically stated that it was the rumors that reached them.

"Una sa lahat, sinasabi po namin dito, hindi po yun confirmed," Ogie explained.

"Eh yun nga nay, hindi daw pala confirmed, bakit po natin binabalita?" asked Mama Loi.

"Yun nga yun kasi yung nakakarating sa aming balita. Ano yun, gusto niyo i-confirm namin, pero hindi naman talaga confirmed," Ogie added.

"Tsaka yung iba naman kasi nagbabasa lang ng topbill, ng title, ng clickbait, bakit di niyo kasi panoorin ng buo?" he noted.

Mama Loi then recalled how Karla Estrada surfaced to deny split rumors in October.

Now, they are still waiting for someone to do the same.

"Tulad nito, yung kay Daniel, kay KathNiel, wala naman tayong naririnig tungkol dun, para pabulaanan yung mga lumalabas, eh yun ang hinihintay namin eh."

Ogie Diaz is an actor, comedian, entertainment reporter, and talent manager. He was known as “Pekto” in the popular TV sitcom, “Palibhasa Lalaki.” He is also behind the YouTube channel “Ogie Diaz Showbiz Update.” He became a successful talent manager and once handled the careers of Vice Ganda and Liza Soberano.

Recently, social media was abuzz with the tapik-acting workshop of Ogie. Now, the "It's Showtime" hosts also took up the challenge and subjected themselves to the workshop. In the video shared by @111_mowmow on X, ogie was initially letting Jackie do the viral "Hayop ka, may araw ka rin" line. Thereafter, the other hosts took up the challenge, and the whole video of the "workshop" went viral.

In another post on the social media platform, X, he expressed his dismay over those calling them as "fake news peddler." He said that they were able to report an item, which they said was not confirmed and hopefully not true. The comedian then asked if they would receive a medal in case what they reported turned out to be true. The comedian did not mention though what particular report he was talking about.
