I made it. I made it, Nay, at sa UP pa!

Shifting from standard comedic banter, she shared a harrowing childhood experience involving structural inequality and violence that ultimately fueled her determination to escape the cycle of poverty.

Rather than succumbing to despair, she utilized these painful hardships as the defining catalyst to push forward in life.

"In my case, these experiences did not break me. It started a spark inside of me. These experiences made me realize that I did not want to be poor. So I decided I would not continue to be poor. I know I needed to stand up, to step up, to hustle, to work very hard.

The media icon also took the opportunity to heavily criticize Philippine governance, citing massive disparity in standard wages compared to political salaries, alongside problematic gaps in local medical infrastructures.

Slay,” Vice commented.

To conclude, the artist emphasized that her comedic craft has evolved to incorporate poignant socio-political critique, noting that the ABS-CBN shutdown solidified her purpose.
