Alex Gonzaga took to social media and showed off the present she recently received from the Belo Medical Group.
On Instagram Stories, Alex shared a photo displaying the beautiful bouquet of flowers that the company sent to her.
The bouquet has a note, where the Belo family expressed love and support for Alex.
