The celebrity couple talked about the incident during the “Chika o Add to Cart” segment of GTV’s Chika Cart on Thursday, October 1. In the segment, guests must either answer a question by choosing “Chika” or refuse to discuss it by saying “Add to Cart.”

The two immediately chose “Chika” when they were asked about a claim that Yasser’s plaster had come loose during one of their intimate scenes and that they continued filming instead of stopping.

Robb read the question aloud, asking whether the plaster really came off during their scene and whether they simply proceeded with filming.

Before giving a serious explanation, Yasser jokingly responded:

“Parang natanggal na yata pag-uwi ng bahay.”

He later clarified that the plaster did not completely come off. Instead, it only became slightly loose while he and Robb were filming the scene.

“The show must go on,” Yasser confidently said.

The actor also revealed that it was his first time using plaster while filming a love scene. He jokingly attributed some of the difficulty to his body hair.

“Si Direk Louie, mayroon siyang sinabi sa akin; 'di ko sure kung si Direk Louie o si Kuya Dennis, kasi first time ko na mag-plaster saka mag-love scene. Mabuhok ako, mabuhok all over the world,” Yasser shared.

Robb explained that the long shooting process and the heat could have contributed to the plaster becoming less adhesive.

“Sa movie namin na Desperada. Saka 'yung eksena namin is nasa sementeryo, so talagang pagpapawisan ka talaga,” she said.

She also pointed out why stopping the scene was not necessarily practical.

“Kasi parang ang hirap niyang i-cut kasi ang haba ng eksena,” Robb added.

Despite the unexpected problem, the couple said they were able to maintain their focus and professionalism throughout the scene.

Robb explained that they had already been reminded to continue working professionally should situations like that arise during filming.

“Sinabihan na kami na kapag may gano'ng mga pangyayari parang ituloy mo na lang. Kasi 'yung ginagawa naman natin, lahat professional, walang halong anuman. Kaya tuloy ang laban,” she said.
