Kim Chiu recently had a heartwarming reunion with Kris Aquino, whom she considers as an ate.

Through the help of Batangas Vice Gov. Mark Leviste, the "It's Showtime" host was able to visit Kris and Joshua in Los Angeles, California.

Kimmy then took to social media and shared photos and a video from their lovely reunion.

Along with the snaps and clip, the "Linlang" star penned a lengthy and sweet message for the Queen of All Media.

In the message, Kim expressed delight over seeing Kris in good shape.

"I am super happy to be reunited with my ate @krisaquino. Seeing you after so many years makes my heart. I am happy to see you in good shape and good health, praying na magtuloy tuloy na."

She went on to tell her Ate Kris, "Isa pa sa namiss ko yung mga chikahan natin and tawanan. Glad that we had that time ate kahit sandali lang, next time longer na with matching sleep over."

"Thank you to all your doctors and nurses for taking care of you. Thank you also to sir @markleviste for making this possible," she continued.

Furthermore, Kim said she was happy to see Kris' firstborn. She also penned her heartfelt prayer about Kris' health.

Kim Chiu is a Filipina-Chinese actress and television host. She broke through in showbiz after becoming a winner in Pinoy Big Brother. She was born on April 19, 1990, in Cebu City to Chinese businessman William Chiu and Louella Yap. Kim is also known as the “Chinita Princess” and was once hailed as the “Princess of Philippine Movies and TV.” She is in a relationship with actor Xian Lim.

Recently, a video of Kim visiting Kris Aquino was shared by the Queen of All Media on her Instagram account. She shared the touching video of them together in a very warm embrace, denoting how much they missed each other. Kris said that she really appreciated the effort of Kimmy, and stated that she was a reminder of a rainbow after the storm.
