Kris Bernal, in a recent post on her Instagram Stories, revealed that she expresses gratitude every day for this new version of herself.

This indicates that the actress is truly happy with her motherhood and with who she is now.

She also said that every day, she’s trying to navigate and embrace being a mother, as well as constantly learning new things and adapting to all the changes.

“Trying to navigate and embrace motherhood every day,” Kris wrote in her post.

The actress also said that while at times it can be challenging, on the overall it is very rewarding for her.

“The most challenging yet the most rewarding days of my life,” the actress said.

Near the end of her post, Kris indicated that she has truly and wholeheartedly embraced motherhood.

“And, I thank this version of myself everyday!” Kris said.

Kris Bernal is a Filipina actress who rose to prominence after winning in the fourth season of the reality-based talent search "StarStruck" on GMA Network. She is married to businessman Perry Choi, and she had one of the grandest weddings among celebrities the year she got married.

In another recent social media post, Kris once again showcased several bags of breastmilk that she was able to express and save. It can be recalled that Kris also recently showcased the amount of breastmilk she was able to express in just 10 minutes. Calling it her “milk stash,” the actress opened what appeared to be a refrigerated drawer showing several bags of breastmilk. In a previous post, Kris expressed her gratitude that she would be able to nurture her newborn with natural breastmilk.

She also previously revealed, in a post on Instagram Stories, what, for her, is the most difficult stage of being a new mother. In her post, she enumerated the different stages she’s been through so far. It can be recalled that the actress admitted in past posts that her pregnancy was difficult. She recently gave birth through CS procedure to a healthy baby girl whom they named Hailee Lucca Bernal Choi.
