Taking to her Instagram Stories via @zeinab_harake, Zeinab shared her genuine surprise after Ivana unexpectedly sent her a box containing a brand-new iPhone. Displaying the phone alongside an authentic handwritten card, Zeinab expressed her amazement at Ivana's thoughtfulness:
