Taking to her Instagram Stories via @zeinab_harake, the popular content creator shared a candid video of herself resting face down on a bed while dealing with physical discomfort. Sitting right by her side were her eldest son Lucas and daughter Bia, both hands-on as they gently rubbed and massaged her lower back to ease her aches.
In her caption, Zeinab honestly opened up about the intense pain she was going through:
"Day 1 hits different 🥹 Grabe yung puson & lower back pain ko. Usually si Daddy Ray taga-massage ko, pero ngayon, the kids kusa silang nagsabi, 'Massage ka namin, Mommy.' 🥰"
