“Di po ba kayo nag tatrabaho, si alden lng,” the netizen asked.

The elder Richard promptly answered the question, though his response appeared to be what is already expected by the netizen.

Tagging the netizen’s user name, the elder Richard said that his life is good and he’s living it easy.

“Masarap po ang buhay ko... naka istambay lang po ako... umaasa lang po... Palamunin ng anak,” the elder Richard said.

His answer was met with approval from many other netizen who might have been able to read between the lines of his answer.

“Hahahaha... di po lahat ng ginagawa ng isang tao ay naka post sa soc med. And I think your question is very rude. Think before you post. Btw, love how you replied to that sir,” said one netizen.

Richard Reyes Faulkerson, Jr., or more popularly by his screen name, Alden Richards, is a Pinoy actor, producer, and entrepreneur. He is also known as “Asia’s Multimedia Star” after receiving the Asian Star Prize awards during the 14th Seoul International Drama Awards of 2019 for acting. He rose to fame as the partner of Maine Mendoza in their tandem, AlDub, on “Eat Bulaga.”

In a recent interview on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” Alden admitted he used to imagine the life of his rich classmates. He said that he would imagine having delicious breakfasts before going to class, and brought to and from school in private vehicles. The actor also talked about the pocket money that his classmates would have daily and sometimes compare them to his own. Alden did say, however, that he accepted there are some things that were just not possible for him because of their impoverished condition.

In the same interview, the actor also boldly admitted that he also became arrogant when he started to become famous. He also said that he would be a “hypocrite” if he doesn’t admit that he did become arrogant at one point. The actor then gave an indication that he thought he was just acting normally until he noticed those close to him were starting to drift away. He then narrated during the interview how he handled the situation.
