Cristy Fermin, sinabing may karapatan si Sabrina M na wag magbigay ng public apology

Cristy Fermin has recently reacted to Sabrina M's decision not to give a public apology amid her claims about the late actor Rico Yan.

In the July 17th episode of her show, Cristy Ferminute, the veteran columnist talked about the issue with Romel Chika.

At the beginning of the show, Cristy looked back on the 3-day warning that Atty. Ferdinand Topacio gave to Sabrina.

"Una, tapos na yung binigay na plaso na tatlong araw ni Atty. Ferdie Topacio kay Sabrina M para mag-issue ng public apology. At ang linaw ng sinabi ng kaibigang abogado ni Claudine Barretto, ganun na lang dapat ang gawin ni Sabrina para di na mauwi pa sa asunto ang isyung ito.' Pero may paninindigan si Sabrina, hindi siya magi-issue ng public apology at magdedemanda rin siya," she recalled.

According to Cristy, Sabrina also has the right not to give a public apology if the latter believes she has nothing to apologize for.

"Karapatan naman ni Sabrina M na wag magbigay ng public apology kung sa palagay niya wala siya dapat ihingi na paumanhin," she stated.

However, Cristy also pointed out that by doing so, Sabrina will have to prepare to face the charges that will be filed against her.

Meanwhile, Cristy reacted to the breakup of Kris Aquino and Mark Leviste. Earlier, in an Instagram post, Kris announced her breakup. According to the veteran columnist, the said news is no longer surprising to her because of Kris' 'history.' In the video, Cristy even said, "Yung ipinaglalaban ba naman niya, ipaglalaban din yung relasyon nila?"
