Danica is the daughter of Vic with veteran actress, Dina Bonnevie.

TVJ’s separation from TAPE ended the more than 40 years of partnership, with the latter as the producer of Eat Bulaga, the Philippines’ longest-running noontime variety show, and Tito, Vic, and Joey as its main hosts.

In her post, Danica also expressed her love for her father, who made a very emotional speech as he bid TAPE goodbye.

She also expressed fondness and loyalty to Eat Bulaga and its cast.

“We love you Daddy! We love you TVJ and EB fam! Eat Bulaga forever!” Danica wrote.

Then, in what sounded like a promise of something better, the celebrity mom ended her post with a cryptic message that seem to indicate TVJ’s separation from the longtime producer of EB is not the end but the beginning of a really good thing.

Danica Sotto is the daughter of 'Eat Bulaga' host Vic Sotto and Dina Bonnevie. She is married to Marc Pingris, and they have two children, Anielle Micaela Pingris and Jean Michael Pingris. In June 2022, Danica announced that she and Marc were expecting their third child.

Early this month, Danica uploaded some adorable snaps she took with her family on social media. In her viral online post, the celebrity mom called her family as her "greatest blessing" in life. Aside from this, Danica thanked God for another year as she celebrates her 41st birthday on May 9. Needless to say, Danica's online post garnered several positive comments from netizens online.

At around the same time, Danica also received a sweet post from her stepmom, Pauleen Luna, for the younger Sotto's birthday. On her Instagram page, the "Eat Bulaga" TV host uploaded a selfie she took with her stepdaughter. She then penned a sweet and heartfelt birthday greeting for Danica, saying how blessed she was to have the latter in her life. Likewise, Danica responded to Pauleen's post and even reposted it on her official Instagram page.
