LJ Reyes is now engaged to to Philip Evangelista, her non-showbiz boyfriend in the US. After the news went viral, Nelson Canlas of the GMA program ‘24 Oras’ contacted LJ’s previous partner Paolo Contis to ask about his reaction toward the engagement.

According to Paolo, he is truly happy that his former partner is now engaged. The Kapuso comedian said that LJ deserves happiness in her life.

LJ and Paolo have a daughter named Summer. LJ and Summer went to the US after the former broke up with Paolo, allegedly due to the latter’s infidelity. As for Paolo, he is now dating actress Yen Santos.

“Hi Nelson! Of course I’m very happy for her. She deserves to be happy,” Paolo told Nelson.

Lourna Jane Pujeda Reyes, better known as LJ Reyes, is a Pinay actress and occasional model. She was born on December 25, 1987 in Quezon City. LJ is best known as among those in the Final Four during the 2nd season of the GMA "StarStruck." She was one of the leading ladies in the TV series "Babangon Ako't Dudurugin Kita." LJ won as Best Supporting Actress during the 2010 Cinemalaya film awards in the movie "The Leaving."

Previously, LJ didn't fail to warm people's hearts with her post on Instagram. It highlights the adorable photos of her children, Aki and Summer. Furthermore, the celebrity mom didn't miss the chance to join her kids in their adorable picture-taking. That's why she noticeably captioned her Instagram post with, "sali ako."

Earlier, the celebrity mom also shared a hilarious photo together with her daughter, baby Summer. The photo was taken while the actress was having a workout session with fitness coach Dwan Abantao who is guiding her via video call. In the picture, LJ’s face could only be seen partially because baby Summer invaded almost the whole frame. In the caption, the actress quipped that “only Summer can keep me out of our photo.”
