"Kasi ang tagal kong nagtrabaho sa entertainment and I was so blessed with the generosity of the industry. Kaya lang nu'ng napunta ako sa public service parang... alam mo 'yung dalawang bagay na pinakaimportante sa buhay mo--the day that you were born and the day that you will find out why."

Arnell explained that his involvement in television had already given him opportunities to connect with audiences and become involved in their personal concerns. However, his transition to public service introduced him to a different kind of fulfillment.

"Noon kasing nasa television ako, pakielamera ako sa buhay ng mga audience. Parang gustong-gusto ko pinoproblema at nakikialam sa buhay tapos kagagalitan ko."

He also highlighted his experience working with overseas Filipino workers (OFWs), which he described as an important turning point in his personal and professional journey.

For Arnell, the opportunity to listen to OFWs and respond to their concerns made his time in government particularly memorable.

Meanwhile, DJ Jhai Ho also asked him how he felt whenever his previous involvement in politics was brought up during conversations.

Arnell admitted that he had reached a point where he no longer associated his daily responsibilities with politics because he had become so accustomed to working.
