The Kapuso actress shared the reminder on social media on November 1, emphasizing the importance of confirming an agent's authority before engaging in any property-related transaction.
Her announcement came after she learned that some individuals might be presenting themselves as brokers or agents authorized to facilitate the sale of her holiday home.
Glaiza specifically encouraged prospective buyers to contact her designated representative to confirm whether a broker or agent genuinely has permission to act on her behalf.

“Hello everyone! As you may know we are currently selling some of our properties. For everyone's protection, if anyone says they represent us as a broker or agent, please verify with our official contact person first before proceeding with any transaction.”
The actress also clarified that certain forms of familiarity or access to personal information should not be mistaken for legitimate authorization.
“Please note that photo with us, personal acquaintance with us, or copies of our documents are not proof of authority to represent us. Only confirmation from our contact person will be considered valid. Thank you!”
