Ogie Diaz, in his latest vlog "Ogie Diaz Showbiz Update," revealed the decision of the court on the cases that were filed by Debbie Garcia against Barbie Imperial.

There were three cases that were filed against the actress, namely, grave oral defamation, slight physical injuries, and grave slander by deed.

The cases stemmed from an altercation between the actress and her friend at Tipsy Pig.

"Ang naturang kaso na naisampa sa korte at nilitis noong October hanggang ngayon taon, ay lumabas na ang resulta," said Ogie.

"Makukulong ba si Barbie Imperial?" he asked.

He then said that the case was dismissed.

"Ang naturang kaso ay ibinasura ng korte," said Ogie.

A snippet of the decision, as shown by Ogie Diaz in his vlog provides:

"The alleged defamatory remarks and other acts intended or calculated to cast dishonor, discredit or contempt upon the Complainant that would constitute the crimes of Grave Oral Defamation and Slander by Deed are not evident in the CCTV footages attached to the complaint..."

"Charges against the respondent Barbie Imperial y Concina, alias "Barbie Imperial"...be DISMISSED due to INSUFFICIENCY OF EVIDENCE."

Ogie is an actor, comedian, entertainment reporter, and talent manager. He was known as “Pekto” in the popular TV sitcom, “Palibhasa Lalaki.” He is also behind the YouTube channel “Ogie Diaz Showbiz Update.” He became a successful talent manager and once handled the careers of Vice Ganda and Liza Soberano.

He took to Instagram and asked a famous buko pie maker about its product. The comedian wondered why the ingredients used, particularly the buko has allegedly diminished. He then added that the buko pie used to be delicious. The comedian is very vocal and would always express his thoughts on social media.

Mama Loi recently revealed on “Ogie Diaz Showbiz Update” that Liza Soberano has arrived in the Philippines, but it was not her boyfriend Enrique Gil who welcomed her at the airport. The “Ogie Diaz Showbiz Update” is an online show hosted by Papa Ogie with co-host Mama Loi and guest co-hosts Tita Jegs, Dyosa Pockoh, and Ate Mrena. In the show’s recent episode, Mama Loi said that Liza was spotted boarding a van at the airport. The co-host then said that someone told him that Enrique was even surprised that Liza was already in the Philippines.
