Michael is the second of the five children of boxing legend and former Senator Manny Pacquiao. He was born on December 13, 2001 in the Philippines. While he tried out boxing, Michael appeared to have more inclination towards making music.

About a year ago, Michael’s mom, Jinky, posted a heartfelt video and photos of her husband, Manny and Michael. In the post, Manny can be seen being affectionate to his child, which warmed Jinkee's heart. Michael seemed to be delighted to be with his father, who can be seen wiping his mouth in the short clip. Furthermore, as of this writing, the said post has received over 15,000 likes on Instagram.

Several months after, Michael tried his luck in boxing and managed to win his first amateur boxing fight. He defeated Nathaniel Ruiz in their three-round match at the BF Homes Phase I Gymnasium in Parañaque. Although he got a bloody nose in the first round, he was able to land the cleaner blows throughout the match, earning a victory decision. Aside from being the son of Manny, the 20-year-old Michael is best known for his rap songs such as “Hate and “Put Your Body on Me.”
