The actress said that she is grateful that she was chosen to be Dahlia's mom.

"Grateful every single day that I was chosen to be her mama ," Anne wrote.

She then thanked her husband, Erwan Heussaff, and Dahlia, for the beautiful flowers that they gave her on Mother's Day.
