Jessy Mendiola, 30, has stirred buzz on social media after sharing a cryptic post about the struggles that come with being a mom.

On Friday, March 24, KAMI learned that Jessy uploaded a lengthy post from @moule_t, which contained an honest letter to mothers.

The post talked about the struggles that mothers often face when raising their children, and how exhausting it might get sometimes.

On Instagram, the message reads as follows: "Oh mama, there will be times when you want to give up, where the amount of change and challenges that comes with being a mom becomes too hard. It's okay to sit and cry, it's okay to ask for help.

Halfway through the post, the message reminded mothers to never forget themselves in the process of caring for their kids.

"You won't get the thank you or appreciation that you desperately need now, but one day, they will be an adult and all of this hard work, sweat, tears, and many breakdowns will be worth it. But for now, take deep breaths, order in, and enjoy those long grocery trips when you need to. But I hope you never forget to take care of yourself along the way, you are so important," it read.
