Cristy Fermin took to her radio program, “Cristy Ferminute,” to react to Vhong Navarro’s trending “It’s Showtime” comeback.
To recall, Vhong had an emotional return to the show on Monday, which is more than a month after he was released from detention.
According to Cristy, there are ones commenting that Vice Ganda seemed like stealing the moment from Vhong.
“Ang dami-daming komento, nakikita naman natin sa social media, mga text messages, mga tawag na nagsasabing parang ayaw ibigay ni Vice Ganda ang moment kay Vhong Navarro. Lalo na 'yung sinabihan niya si Ogie Alcasid na, 'Oh, maigsi lang ah yung mga sasabihin.'”

The veteran showbiz columnist, who appeared like agreeing to the remark, said, “E bakit siya, tiwa-tiwayway ang sinasabi niya? Halos kanya na nga ang buong-buong programa. 'Yung mga kasama niya natural, tulad niya ay sabik na sabik din sa presensya ni Vhong Navarro sa pagbabalik.”
Furthermore, Cristy aired some frank comments about the Unkabogable Phenomenal Star.
“Ibinigay na sana kay Vhong Navarro itong napakaespesyal na moment na ito. Alam mo kung minsan kasi kapag hawak na ang mikropono, alam mo naman si Vice, pabida talaga 'to e. Hindi mo maiaalis sa kanyang 'yung pagiging pabibo, pabida, diba? Kasi ang feeling nga niya siya 'yung kung baga ay kapitan ng barko.”

Vhong is a Filipino comedian, actor, dancer, singer, judge, and TV host of ABS-CBN Entertainment Groups. He was part of the dance group Streetboys in the Philippines. He is one of the pioneer hosts of the noontime variety show, "It's Showtime."
Vhong has finally returned to “It’s Showtime” on Monday. He has been absent from the Kapamilya noontime program since September. The actor could not help but cry when his co-hosts welcomed him back to the show’s stage. Vhong also gave an emotional speech dedicated to his “It’s Showtime” family, the Madlang People and his home network, among others.
During his comeback, Vhong recalled the time when was still detained at the National Bureau of Investigation and Taguig City Jail. The actor talked about his inmates and how his faith was tested.
