Cristy Fermin, along with Romel Chika and Morly Alinio, tackled Jake Zyrus in the latest episode of "Showbiz Now Na!" published Monday.

The said talk show's host reacted to their sources' claims that the singer was often seen drunk and shouting, "I want my popularity back."

“Ano ang kanyang tunay na problema at nagkakaganito ngayon si Jake Zyrus? Ako, 'yung isinigaw niya na... 'I want my popularity back.' Papano 'yan ngayon?” Cristy aired.

"Mukhang doon nag-uugat ang kanyang mga pag-ugagali," Romel expressed.

"Parang hindi niya matanggap na dati-rati ay pinapalakpakan siya. Dati-rati ay kasama niya, mga international singer. Pero ngayon nasa maliliit na gigs na lang siya," Morly also commented.

Cristy then could not help but recall how famous Jake was when he was still Charice Pempengco.

“Kita mo 'yung sinayang niya, David Foster, gumawa po ng milagro sa buhay at karera ng mga international singers. Ms. Oprah Winfrey, Ellen DeGeneres. Grabe po itong mga tao na bumack-up kay Charice Pempengco noong hindi pa siya nagbabagong anyo. Sinayang niya.”

“Ibinigay natin sa kanya 'yung ikaliligaya niya na maging lalaki siya, diba? Andun na sa kanya 'yon. Tinalikuran niya 'yung kanyang tunay sa kasarian, diba? Ibinigay pa rin natin sa kanya 'yon at ng ating mga kababayan. Pero meron pala siyang pinagsisisihan ano? 'Yung popularidad na hawak-hawak niya noon. Na siya ang isa sa pinakasikat na female performer na Pilipino, nasaan na ngayon?” she added.
