On her Instagram post, Zsa zsa wrote a lengthy statement, where she recalled some of her unforgettable moments with Cherie.
She also conveyed her sorrow over her friend's sudden demise.

The famous singer had nothing but praises for the veteran actress. She even shared a screencap of a touching text message she received from her months ago.
In the said screenshot, Cherie reminded her to "stay well and happy."
"I’ll never forget how beautiful and vibrant you were when you celebrated your golden birthday! You danced the tango and I remember thinking- this woman can do anything she puts her heart into! You were always so passionate and full of life! That’s how I will always remember you, Cherie, my Gemini sister! I miss you, my beautiful friend. Until we meet again. My deepest condolences to Cherie’s family," she wrote.

She is the mother of Karylle, a singer and a host of "It's Showtime". She is in a relationship with architect Conrad Onglao and she was the wife of the late comedian Dolphy until his death.

Earlier, Zsa Zsa shared stunning photos giving glimpses of her beautiful resort. The photos gave a sneak peek of the resort’s interior and its swimming pool. It could also be seen in the pictures the area’s beautiful weather amid heavy rains being experienced in parts of Luzon. The said resort named Casa Esperanza is located in Lucban, Quezon.
